Over the past 25 years I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life.

In 2016 I began to practice Mindful Meditation and have completed courses in MBSR, and MBCT, as well as Teacher Training. I integrate Mindful Practices in Coaching families and individuals touched by ADHD.
